Judith McClure, DVM
Staff Veterinarian
A native Canadian, Dr. McClure obtained her honors in Biology from Trent University in Ontario in 1989. She attended the Atlantic Veterinary College on Prince Edward Island and graduated with her DVM in 1995. She moved to the states in 1995 and was on staff at a Animal Emergency and Critical Care in Northbrook Illinois from 1996 through 2003. Ready to get away from the snow Dr. McClure moved to California in 2004 and was on staff a referral practice in S. Orange County before moving further south to the San Diego area and joining Animal Urgent Care. Dr. McClure has been working as an emergency veterinarian for the last 10 years and has a special interest in cardiology, and respiratory disease.
Dr. McClure is an avid swimmer and surfer and can be found catching the waves at local beaches here in San Diego. She also enjoys hiking with her 3 legged schnoodle Zeus.
