Directions From
We are centrally located in the heart of inland North County at 2430-A S. Escondido Blvd. in Escondido, CA. We are one exit north of North County Fair at the junction of Centre City Parkway and Citracado Parkway. Our location is quickly accessible via I-15 and the 78 freeways for the communities of Escondido, San Marcos, Rancho Bernardo, Carmel Mountain Ranch, Rancho Penasquitos, Poway, as well as from the east thoroughfares from Valley Center and Ramona.
In Escondido: Animal Urgent Care is located in south Escondido in the back of the Elk's Lodge at the corner of South Escondido Blvd and Citracado Blvd. We are 1 mile south of the Major Market Shopping Center.
From Rancho Bernardo, Carmel Mountain Ranch, Poway, and Penasquitos: Take I-15 north to the Center City Parkway exit. At the first light (Citracado Parkway) turn right and enter in the back of the building.
From Ramona or Julian: Take highway 78 West/ San Pasqual Valley Road turn left (west) on 17th which will become Felicita Ave. At Center City Parkway turn left and drive south. At Citracado Parkway turn left (east) and enter in the back of the building.
From Valley Center/Pauma Valley: Take Valley Center road to East Valley parkway southwest. Turn left on Center City Parkway and drive to the south of town. Turn left at Citracado Blvd and enter in the back of the building.
From San Marcos, Vista, Oceanside: Take 78 east to I-15 south. Exit at Felicita Road, turn left off the exit onto Gamble Lane, it will become Citracado Parkway-go straight (east) and pass under the freeway. DO NOT TURN ONTO FELICITA. After the stop light at Center City Parkway you will enter into the back of the building.
From Bonsall, Fallbrook, Temecula: Take I-15 south. Exit at Felicita Road, turn left off the exit onto Gamble Lane, it will become Citracado Parkway-go straight (east) and pass under the freeway. DO NOT TURN ONTO FELICITA. After the stop light at Center City Parkway you will enter into the back of the building.
